Account and playback
Refresh the page, confirm your connection and sign in again. If an issue continues, record the content title, browser, device and approximate time without sharing your password or keys.
Creator uploads
Check the file type and size against the limits shown in Creator Studio, and confirm your connection is stable. If an upload appears to fail, reopen the existing draft and check its status before starting another upload. Do not delete or replace working content. If it remains stuck, share the non-sensitive error, file size, browser and approximate time with support.
Rights and safety
To report content, use Report content in the video details or email panditraj2022@gmail.com with the title, reason and relevant timestamp. Your email is reviewed manually; opening Gmail does not submit a report. For copyright matters, follow the Copyright Reporting requirements. For urgent safety issues, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.
