Your account activity belongs to you.

We process account details, profile information, creator uploads, likes, playlist entries, playback history and saved viewing progress. Logged-out playback does not create personal history.

Information is used to authenticate accounts, operate playback, save preferences, secure creator content and maintain the service.

When you use Ask RX Support, your message and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. RX Stream does not save these chats in its database, and requests disable response storage. OpenAI may retain data under its applicable API policies. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details or sensitive personal information. The assistant cannot access your account or change your data; contact Support for account-specific help.

You can update your profile and remove likes, playlist entries and history through the service. Contact Support for account or privacy requests.

Supabase authentication, row-level security and owner-scoped Storage policies protect account and creator data. No service-role credential is shipped to browsers.
